Do you remember the golden days of the First Republic? When family was an almost sacred concept, gentleman's agreements were not just a cliché, and families had their own family doctors and lawyers?

Cooperation back then operated on a completely different level, precisely because of its personal settings.

Our law office offers the same. I am here for you, whether you are dealing with property, divorce, or business matters. You will never have to think about who to turn to again and repeatedly brief new lawyers about your situation.

I am Hana Kuncová, a lawyer with over 20 years of general practice, with a primary focus on family, civil, commercial, labor, and consumer law. I also represent my clients in court proceedings.

I am ready to guide you through the difficulties that have complicated your life. I will be on your side and turn the current situation into the most positive outcome possible.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and completed my trainee practice at Kříž and Bělina Law Firm.

I am fluent in German and English.

I have personally experienced many challenging life situations that have shaped my worldview. This is why I approach my collaboration with clients very personally. I understand that the situation in which you reach out to me is almost always difficult, and to navigate it as easily as possible, you need not only the expertise of an experienced lawyer but also an approach that gives you a confident perspective on the problem.

Mgr. Hana Kuncová

Education: Secondary School of Economics in Prague, Faculty of Law at Charles University

A lawyer with over 20 years of experience and also a mediator. She specializes in family, commercial, labor, consumer law, and court agenda. She completed her trainee practice at Kříž and Bělina Law Firm. She has been running her own law firm since 2002. She is a lecturer for both the general public and professionals and a legal advisor for several monthly publications in the field of law. In the areas of commercial, labor, and family law, she closely collaborates with lawyers in Germany, Poland, and Slovakia. Since 2018, she has been a member of the Union of Family Lawyers and since 2006 a member of the Association of Independent European Lawyers (AIEL). She speaks German and English.

Mgr. Dora Boková

Education: Gymnasium in Prague, Faculty of Law at Charles University

Mediator and lawyer with 15 years of general practice, focusing on commercial, labor, civil, and family law, as well as court agenda. Completed trainee practice at the law firm of Mgr. Hana Kuncová. Provides legal services related to complaints to the European Court of Human Rights. Speaks English, Norwegian, and German. In the areas of commercial, labor and family law, she closely collaborates with lawyers in Norway.

Mgr. Bc. Alena Kolorosová

Education: Gymnasium in Tábor, Faculty of Law at Masaryk University

She completed an international study program at Universidad Santiago de Compostela in Spain, focusing on international and European law. In 2012-2013, she worked as a lawyer at the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic in the Department of Education and Science, Non-Medical Healthcare Professions Section. Lawyer for the Consumer Association TEST. She completed her trainee practice at EX LEGE, s.r.o. law firm, and since November 2013, at the law firm of Mgr. Hana Kuncová. She has been a lawyer since 2017 with a general practice, focusing on commercial, labor, civil, family, health, and consumer law, as well as court agenda. She speaks English, Spanish, and German.

Mgr. et Mgr. Eva Tomášová

Education: Gymnasium in Opava, Police Academy of the Czech Republic, Faculty of Security and Law, Faculty of Law at Charles University

She graduated from the Police Academy of the Czech Republic, Faculty of Security and Law, in 2010 and from the Faculty of Law at Charles University (PF UK) in 2013. In 2012, she completed an internship at the District Public Prosecutor's Office for Prague 8. In 2013 and 2014, she worked as the secretary to the Deputy Minister of Agriculture for the Forestry Section, and since November 2014, she has completed her trainee practice at the law firm of Mgr. Hana Kuncová. She passed her bar exams in 2017 and is a registered lawyer and mediator. She has a general practice focusing on commercial, civil, labor, and family law, as well as court agenda, particularly debt recovery. She speaks English.
